In collaboration with producer, Jeff Scheftel of Oliver Entertainment, Video 4 produced the T-Bone Burnett mini-documentary shown at the 2010 Lone Star Film Festival on November 12, 2010.
The original video was created for the 2008 AES TEC Award Show, shown at the gala awards ceremony as T-Bone was inducted into the TEC Awards Hall of Fame. Robert Plant and Alison Krauss introduced T Bone at the award ceremony, which was later made into a DVD produced for the TEC Awards by Video 4.
This new revision of the T-Bone mini documentary features T-Bone's latest achievements producing music for Elvis Costello, John Mellencamp, Ryan Bingham, and with Elton John and Leon Russell on "The Union" album, just released in stores in October 2010. The documentary also includes his music production on the Beatle movie soundtrack, "Across the Universe" and his Oscar and Global Globe winning sound track for Crazy Heart, including the Oscar winning song, "The Weary Kind."
Video 4 is producing media for the TEC Awards for the 5th consecutive year, producing the live graphic presentation for both the TEC Awards gala night, and the TECnology Hall of Fame ceremony highlighting the most influential audio products in the history of audio. This year's 26th award show has moved from the AES show to the NAMM show as the primary award show event of this music conference.
In collaboration with Jeff Scheftel we created the mini-documentary for this year's Les Paul award winner, Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac, and the show's TEC Award DVD product and web cast will again be produced by Video 4. Previously, Video 4 has also created mini-documentaries for TEC Hall of Fame Inductee, Ed Greene and Les Paul Award WInners, Ray Benson and Al Kooper.
